MR David Bell (24) was yesterday charged with the murder of his 22-year-old sister, Lisa, at her home in St Teresa's Gardens, Dublin, on Sunday. He was remanded in custody for a week at Kilmainham District Court.
Mr Bell's solicitor asked the judge to recommend him for treatment for a drug problem.
