A 20-year-old man appeared in court today charged with the murder of British schoolgirl Danielle Beccan.
Mr Mark Ontonio Kelly is accused of killing the 14-year-old in the early hours of last Saturday morning as she returned home with friends from Nottingham's annual Goose Fair.
Magistrates in Nottingham remanded Mr Kelly, who lives in Wilford Grove in The Meadows area of the city, in custody until a further hearing at the city's crown court next Friday.
