A book of evidence was served yesterday on a Scotsman charged with the murder of a New Age traveller in Co Tipperary. Mr John James Kelly (36), also a New Age traveller, The Commons, Curreeny, Kil common, Co Tipperary, and a native of Ayrshire in Scotland, is charged with the murder of Chris Cybulla (42) at The Commons, on December 28th last. He was remanded in custody until May 24th.
