A 26-year-old man was charged with the murder of a missing woman after the discovery of human remains in a shallow grave near Ballymena, Co Antrim. An RUC spokesman said the man was due to appear in court today charged with the murder of Julie Tennant (21), who had not been seen since she left her Ballymena home on August 5th.
