A 44-year-old man was arrested this morning after a drug seizure in a house in Cavan town.
During the planned search, heroin with a street value of €200,000 was discovered along with cannabis plants with a street value of €45,000. A small quantity of ecstasy tablets were also seized.
The man was arrested under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act and is being held at Cavan Garda Station.
