A man has been remanded for sentence after pleading guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to dangerous driving causing death on the Ringsend tollbridge.
William McNally (41), Charlemount, Griffith Avenue, Dublin, admitted the offence in which Mr Anthony O'Toole died on July 29th, 1995. He was remanded on continuing bail to April 14th next for sentence.
