A man (29) has been killed after the car in which he was a passenger crashed into a ditch in Dublin.
The incident happened on the Oldtown Road, St Margarets, Co Dublin at around 4 a.m. this morning.
Gardaí said the front seat passenger received fatal injuries in the crash and was taken to Beaumont hospital.
The driver a male was removed to the Mater with minor injuries and a female passenger received slight injuries and was not taken to hospital.
Gardaí in Swords are seeking witnesses to this accident which occurred near the entrance to St Margarets golf club.
Gardaí said it appears the black Honda civic involved went out of control and struck a ditch.
