London - The pop superstar Madonna was escorted off a plane at Heathrow by police last night after a telephone caller issued a threat against her.
It was understood that British Airways received a call threatening that there could be action against her on the arrival of the Concorde at 5.30 p.m. Officers surrounded her as she came off the aircraft and there were no incidents.
