Gardaí in Limerick have launched an investigation into a fire, which competely destroyed a factory in the west of the county early this morning.
Nine units of Limerick fire brigade were called to the fire at the Moyson factory in Newcastle West after the alarm was raised by a passer-by at around 4.30am.
The factory, on Sheehan Road, manufactures components for central heating systems and employs around 120 people.
