The trial of a retired hospital clerk accused of the murder of his wife has been delayed by legal argument. Mr John Diver (60) denies the murder of his wife, Geraldine (42), at Robinhood Road, Clondalkin, on December 2nd, 1996. The jury were sent away until tomorrow following a morning of legal argument.
