Boxing: Andy Lee's next foray into the professional middleweight ranks will see him face Puerto Rico's Angel David Gonzales in Memphis later this month.
Lee, currently in training camp under Emanuel Steward, will make his ninth professional appearance in the bout on May 18th.
"I'm in good shape and this contest should be another good learning fight for me, I'm looking forward to building my record and gaining from the experience," said Lee.
Steward, who is delighted with the Limerick fighter's progress to date, commented: "Andy is a very dedicated boxer and full of enthusiasm, he listens and is very keen to learn, being here is a valuable experience and the competitive sparring sharpens and enhances his performance.'
