Beijing - The South Korean delegation to stalled talks with the rival North returned to Beijing yesterday for the expected resumption of bitter negotiations aimed at reuniting families separated since the 1950s.
"The delegation arrived this morning and will resume talks with North Korea Thursday afternoon," a South Korean embassy official in Beijing said.
