Cavan-based building materials group Kingspan has acquired a British panelling manufacturer for £20 million.
Advanced Thermal Composites (ATC) makes composite sandwich panels and is based in Warrington.
The purchase price of £20 million may rise by a further £1 million which will be payable over a three-year period
ATC had aggregated revenue of £15.3 million and profit before tax of £3.3 million - based on audited accounts for the year ended August 31st, 2004.
