Paul Nicholls' Betfair Chase winner drops back to two miles for the first time since he fell in the Queen Mother Champion Chase at the Cheltenham Festival.

The six-year-old defeated Ashley Brook by a length and a half in last year's Grade One heat at the Esher venue but will not get the chance to renew rivalry as the latter has been withdrawn at the 48-hour declaration stage.

Arkle hero Voy Por Ustedes takes his chance, however, and will be having his first outing since finishing second in the Maghull Novices' Chase at Aintree in April.

Ireland is well represented in the Tingle Creek by Mouse Morris' Fota Island and two time Grade One winner Central House, trained by Dessie Hughes.

Smart two-mile chaser Dempsey, trained by Carl Llewellyn, is also still engaged.

Nicholls will be double-handed with Hoo La Baloo, while Mark Rimell saddles Oneway in the Sandown feature.

Other notable withdrawals include Francois Doumen's Foreman, Armaturk, Cerium and Coat Of Honour.
