Johannesburg - Zambia's founding father and first president, Mr Kenneth Kaunda, declared stateless by his country's courts, vowed yesterday to keep on fighting for rights in the land of his birth.

Mr Kaunda, considered by many as an elder African statesman, had wavered since his 1991 defeat between quitting politics and making a comeback against the incumbent President, Mr Frederick Chiluba.
