A jury was discharged shortly after a case opened at Kerry Criminal Circuit Court in Tralee yesterday in which two men were each charged with sexually assaulting a female and common assault of her male companion on July 25th 26th, 1995.
Pleas of not guilty had been entered to the charges by the two accused men, who were remanded on bail to the next legal term.
