EDINBURGH - Three High Court judges have overturned an earlier decision to permit a woman to have an abortion against the wishes of her husband. A lawyer representing Ms Lynn Kelly (21) told the judges yesterday her client was.
The latest decision means that Ms Kelly, once she is informed of the ruling, cannot now proceed with the abortion, if it has not already taken place.
