TOKYO - Japan has reversed its position and agreed to let Russia join the Denver summit of the world's leading industrialised nations next month as a formal member, Kyodo news agency quoted government sources as saying yesterday. The government decided to reverse its stance because the other G7 members were in favour of admitting Russia.
