Italy have made four changes to their backline ahead of Saturday's Six Nations championship match against Scotland.

Andrea De Marfi takes over at fullback from Roland De Marigny, who has been switched to flyhalf at the expense of Rima Wakarua. Gonzalo Canale comes in on the right wing in place of Mirco Bergamasco while Manuel Dallan returns at centre for Matteo Barbini.
