Israeli helicopters fired two missiles at a car in Gaza City, killing two Palestinians and wounding five others today, Palestinian medics said.
Witnesses said one boy was among the dead.
Previous such Israeli attacks have targeted wanted Islamic militants.
The strike took place two days after two Palestinian gunmen shot dead an Israeli soldier at the Erez border crossing between Israel and Gaza. The gunmen were killed in the incident.
