A woman in her late 70s has died after being struck by a 4x4 vehicle in Co Kilkenny.
Gardaí are investigating the incident which occurred on Main Street, Graiguenamanagh, at about 10 am this morning.
The woman’s body has been removed to Waterford Regional Hospital for a postmortem .
The road is closed to facilitate a forensic collision examination and local diversions are in place.
