Two men have died after a lorry they were travelling in went out of control in Co Tipperary this morning.

The single-vehicle crash happened on a minor road off the N24 east of Clonmel at about 9am, a Garda spokesman said.

The section of road is currently closed to facilitate an examination by Garda forensic collision investigators and local diversions are in place.

Emergency services were at the scene.
