A 19-year-old man was killed after his car hit a tree in Co Tipperary this morning.
Gardaí at Clonmel are investigating a fatal crash that happened in the main Fethard to Killenaule Road about 8.30am.
The road is closed for forensic examinations and diversions are in place.
No other vehicles are believed to be involved in the crash.
Gardaí said the young man, who they believe was from the area, was the only person in the car and was pronounced dead at the scene.
