When a restaurant owner, complying with the law, asks a customer to show a Covid vaccine certificate, is she breaching the customer’s human rights, or even betraying the Irish Constitution?

Some think so. And a small number of those are willing to go to extreme lengths to make life difficult for anyone applying rules that exclude the unvaccinated.
