A man in his 20s was killed in a single vehicle crash in Co Louth in the early hours of this morning.
The man, who was the only person in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene before being removed to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.
The incident occurred on Bog Road, Townspark in Ardee and gardaí were notified at abouty 7am.
The road is currently closed for a forensic and technical examination.
