Dublin Port Tunnel has reopened after an incident this morning in which a truck overturned in the north bore.
The tunnel was closed most of the morning and reopened around lunchtime.
Emergency services were using the south bore of the tunnel to gain access to the north bore.
PORT TUNNEL: Both bores closed until at least 11:30am due to overturned truck in n/b bore. Traffic cordon for HGVs in city centre lifted.
