An insurgent group purportedly linked to al-Qaeda has posted a video of two kidnapped Algerian diplomats on the Internet.
The video, posted hours after the the group vowed to kill the captives, showed two blindfolded men. One of them identified himself as Ali Belaroussi; the other one said he was Azzedine Belkadi.
A statement accompanying the video said the diplomats' "confessions" would be posted soon.
