Emile Heskey and Nicky Butt today pulled out of the England squad for the friendly against Holland due to injuries sustained in the Charity Shield.
Both players missed training yesterday and were returning to their clubs this morning as the other 23 squad members trained at White Hart Lane, venue for tomorrow's match.
Butt's absence and the earlier withdrawal of Steven Gerrard increases the chances of Owen Hargreaves making his senior debut from the start.
