Washington - Hollywood executives, criticised by Congress for peddling violent films to children, offered new guidelines yesterday to limit such marketing practices.
Studio heads presented a 12-point plan to a Senate hearing that they said would help to limit the targeting of R-rated films to under-age audiences.
