Holiday for sick children

Terminally ill children from all over the State can avail of a new holiday facility in Galway city. Galway Corporation unanimously agreed to provide a 11/2-acre site for the Share a Dream Foundation in the Headford Road area for a holiday home for the families of children in the three- to 10-year group. The home, which has still to get planning permission, will cater for 10 families.
