Hinduja brothers must stay New Delhi - An Indian sessions court has refused to allow three brothers of the billionaire Hinduja family, who face charges over the Bofors arms scandal, to leave India.
A special sessions court judge, Mr Ajit Bharihoke, was delivering his verdict on a plea by the Hinduja brothers to leave the country after more than a week of questioning by the federal Central Bureau of Investigation.
