Washington - A new chapter in the complicated marriage of President Clinton and his wife Hillary opened yesterday as the First Lady packed her bags and moved to New York state to launch her own political career. The President was to help in the move and join his wife for her first night in the $1.7 million Chappaqua home in a suburb of New York City, but he was returning to Washington first thing this morning. "He'll be living here. He's got important work to do at the White House for the next year," said his spokesman, Mr Joe Lockhart.
