Chelsea striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has been found not guilty of a misconduct charge by an English FA disciplinary panel.
The 29-year-old Dutchman was alleged to have elbowed Southampton defender Claus Lundekvam during a premier league match at Stamford Bridge on New Year's Day.
But Hasselbaink, who attended the 40-minute Central London hearing with managing director Colin Hutchinson, was cleared by the three-man panel.
Tottenham defender Mauricio Taricco escaped a three-match ban despite being found guilty of improper conduct by the disciplinary commission earlier in the day.
The Argentinian full-back was up before a three-man panel who heard charges of striking Chelsea player Mario Melchiot during January's Worthington Cup semi-final at White Hart Lane.
Violent conduct carries a maximum penalty of a three-match ban, but Taricco was fined just Stg£5,000 for his misdemeanour.
