Loyalists continued their weekly protest outside the Church of Our Lady in Harryville, Ballymena, on Saturday evening. The protest remained peaceful this weekend, with no arrests. The Bishop of Down and Connor, Dr Patrick Walsh, celebrated mass at the chapel. Speaking afterwards, he said: "It is obviously very sad that the protest has resumed, particularly now when the majority of political parties have gathered around one table and are trying to reach accommodation and agreement."
