Hargreaves will play alongside Liverpool's Emile Heskey, captain David Beckham and Paul Scholes. Darius Vassell gets the nod and will partner Michael Owen up front.
Sweden midfielder Fredrik Ljungberg is fit but defender Patrik Andersson is out injured.
