About 80 new jobs are expected when the Hard Rock Cafe opens in the new Odyssey complex in Belfast, it was announced yesterday. The restaurant is expected to open next spring.

Another 50 jobs will be created at a new multiplex cinema and leisure complex to be developed by Banbridge Council in Co Down. Work on the project at the old swimming pool site will begin next year and is expected to cost about £10 million sterling.
