London - Mr Mohamed Al Fayed and Mr Neil Hamilton will be locked in litigation again today as the former MP's appeal against last year's crushing "cash for questions" libel defeat gets under way.
The proprietor of Harrods is expected to face questioning from lawyers for Mr Hamilton during a week-long hearing at the Court of Appeal in London which will focus on allegations of stolen legal documents.
