A Dublin man has been remanded on bail to December 3rd after admitting raping a 10 year old boy five years ago. The 20 year old accused man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty before Mr Justice Lavan in the Central Criminal Court yesterday to committing buggery on a date between January and December 1991.

Prosecution counsel Mr Denis Vaughan Buckley SC requested a victim impact report and said there was no Garda objection to bail.
