Greeks seek EU home for Ocalan

Athens - Greece has launched a diplomatic initiative in the European Union to find a permanent home for the fugitive Kurdish rebel leader, Mr Abdullah Ocalan, a senior government source said yesterday. The source said that Greek ambassadors within the 15-nation bloc had been meeting with Athens's EU partners about Mr Ocalan's future and trying to persuade them to have the EU address the issue at the highest level.
