Australia are confident that second row David Giffin will be available for the rest of the World Cup after making a good recovery from a shoulder injury.
Captain George Gregan, however, is expected to miss at least one game after injuring his thigh in today's 90-8 win over Romania.
Giffin may return against Namibia in Adelaide on Saturday week. An influential player during the 1999 World Cup, he was injured in the opening win over Argentina following a heavy fall.
He was knocked unconscious in the incident but has been cleared by a neurological specialist to continue in the tournament.
Australia coach Eddie Jones said: "He did a full skills session this morning and a full fitness session tonight so we are hopeful he will start full training on Monday. He is going to be pretty close.
"We are looking to give seven guys who haven't played at the World Cup a game against Namibia. They will all be in the 22 next week in a mix-and-match with those guys who we feel need more game time."
