Gardaí are today waiting to question a 19-year-old man following a fatal crash in Tallaght yesterday.
A 15-year-old girl was killed when she was struck by a motorcycle as she crossed the road.
The incident happened at 3.50pm on the Cheeverstown Road in Tallaght, Dublin.
Gardaí said the driver of the motorcycle failed to remain at the scene but was later arrested shortly before 7pm in the follow up search.
