Gardaí are investigating an overnight shooting in Limerick city.
The incident happened at Delmage Park on the Moyross estate at around 1.45am this morning.
A man in his 20s was shot in the chest when he answered the door.
The victim was taken to Limerick Regional Hospital where his injuries are described as not life threatening.
