Gardaí investigating the death of a man following an incident in Tralee yesterday are appealing for witnesses.
The man, who is believed to have been originally from Georgia, was taken to Tralee General Hospital following reports of an altercation at apartments in Westward Court in the town at around 2.30pm.
A post mortem examination is due to commence at 10am this morning.
A Garda spokesperson said the scene has been preserved for a technical examination and the State Pathologist's office has been informed.
