Gardaí in Co Clare are investigating the death of an unidentified man whose body was found in a field this afternoon.
The man, believed to be in his 60s, was found by a farmer on his land at Ruan, Ennis. His death is being treated as suspicious.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.
A post-mortem on the man will be carried out tomorrow.
