Two men armed with syringes who tried to rob a man at an ATM machine on O'Connell Street, Dublin, last night are expected to appear in court this morning after gardai foiled the attack. The men, in their 20s were observed carrying out the attack at 11.50 p.m., a Garda spokesman said.
