The Irish Brain Research Foundation has announced funding worth £90,000 for three new research projects on motor neurone disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease and epilepsy. The studies will be carried out by Irish consultants from Beaumont Hospital, UCD and the Mater Hospital, Dublin. The three Galen Fellowships will be funded by Galen Holdings plc, of Northern Ireland and New Jersey.
