Pakistan’s chief prosecutor in the Daniel Pearl murder case will charge a British-born man and three others.

Pakistan’s chief prosecutor in the Daniel Pearl murder case will charge a British-born man and three others.

The indictment will charge Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh and three accomplices of murder, kidnapping, and terrorism.

Wall Street Journalreporter Mr Pearl was kidnapped in Karachi, Pakistan, on January 23rd while researching links between Pakistani extremists and alleged shoe bomber Richard Reid.

A prosecution spokeswoman said: "We have not found the body, but it will not affect the case. There is other evidence which is sufficient for his conviction".
