The three men and one woman were arrested in north Dublin yesterday morning and are being held at Finglas and Blanchardstown Garda stations under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

The body of Paulus Bilys (31) was discovered at a house at Pheasants Run, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, on June 25th.
