Four people have been arrested after the seizure of 40 kilogrammes of cannabis resin with an estimated value of £200,000 in a planned swoop in Newry, Co Down.
Two women and one man arrested by the drugs squad were from the Manchester area; a second man was from Newry.
The drugs were found after two cars outside a house in the Edward Street were searched by officers early this morning. The vehicles were taken away for further examination.
