The European Social Affairs Commissioner, Mr Padraig Flynn, begins an overnight visit to Belfast today and will be the keynote speaker at a European Commission conference entitled, "Building Territories for the Millennium" this morning.
Mr Flynn will also visit Parliament Buildings at Stormont, where he will meet the First Minister-designate, Mr David Trimble, and the Deputy First Minister, Mr Seamus Mallon.
